The Fanucchi-Wood Road Vineyard is dry-farmed and practicing organic, with the Trousseau Gris block dating to 1981. The fruit was foot crushed and left to macerate on skins for three days before being pressed to neutral puncheons and stainless steel for fermentation. The wine was matured in neutral puncheons before bottling. 12.4% abv.
